Apple has officially unveiled two new pieces of hardware: the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. Both MacBooks pack the company’s new silicon chip known as the M1.
At $999, the new Air comes with a 13-inch Retina display, Touch ID, and longer battery life. Meanwhile, the 13-inch MacBook Pro will set you back $1,299 and features 8k full resolution playback, active cooling, and up to 20 hours of video playback.
Both MacBooks are currently available for pre-order and will ship next week.
