TeamGroup has expanded its product portfolio with the Zeus DDR4 ram, which comes with a Kratos-esque color design (with a black PCB and thin red and white aluminium decals and is, naturally, gaming-branded. The Zeus memory kits are available in UDIMM and SO-DIMM form-factors, with frequencies up to 3,200 MHz and single-stick capacities up to 64 GB. There is a very conspicuous absence of RGB lighting on these, so if you’re looking towards a no-frills design option, these might be up your alley – provided you’re not looking only for the latest and greatest in memory frequency.
Form-factor-wise, UDIMM serves options in dual or single-channel packages, with memory kits being available at 8 GB, 16 GB or 32 GB further available in a dual-channel package (16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB). Frequency-wise, the choices are mild: 2,666 MHz, 3,000 MHz, or 3,200 MHz. Timings and voltages aren’t looking to be the best around the block, so it’s likely these Zeus kits are kings of the gods in name only, and not in performance; this also means they might cater for more budget-conscious users, however.
